PEO rules and options vary by state. Texas and Arkansas regulate PEOs directly, and several regional PEOs serve only part of the country.
Questions about working with us
What does a PEO advisor do?
We help you decide whether a PEO fits, shortlist PEOs that accept your size, industry and states, and compare proposals on total cost: admin fees, benefits, workers' comp and state unemployment tax.
How are you paid?
PEOs commonly pay advisors a referral or ongoing per-employee fee. If we'd receive compensation from a PEO you choose, we disclose it before you sign.
Do you only recommend PEOs?
No. Some companies are better served by an ASO or HR software plus a benefits broker. We'll tell you when a PEO isn't the right answer.
Where do you work?
We're based in the Chicago area and advise businesses nationwide, by video and phone.
